2010 PERCH LAKE COTTAGE RATES

Renters must provide a copy of a current major credit card and copy of their current drivers license.

Refunds will be given only if the we are able to rent the dates cancelled to another party. Otherwise a credit will be given toward an available date in the future within the current or next rental year only.

Memorial Day through Labor Day, Sat. 3:00 PM through Sat. 10:00 AM $1200.00 plus 6% ($72.00) MI sales tax per week

April, May, September, October, November Friday-Sunday $400.00 plus 6% ($24.00) MI sales tax

April, May, September, October, November, Sunday-Sunday  $750.00 per week plus 6% ($45.00) MI sales tax

$150.00 Security Deposit

Weekly rate, April, May, September,October, November  $750.00 plus 6% MI sales tax per week ($45.00)

Weekend rate, (three days, two nights) April, May, September, October, November $400.00 plus 6% MI sales tax ($24.00) per weekend

There are no pets allowed at our Bass Lake Cottage.
